Makati Medical Center

Makati Medical Center, also known as Makati Med, is a premier hospital in the Philippines with a 600-bed capacity in the heart of Makati. It is accredited by the Department of Health as a Center of Excellence and by the Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (MBFHI) program of the DOH, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and World Health Organization as a Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital.

Makati Medical Center is one of The Hope Project UPM’s most recent partners in one of the org’s biggest annual events: Hope is in the Hair (HIITH). HIITH is a nationwide hair donation drive for pediatric cancer patients.
