Who We Are
The Hope Project UPM is an accredited student organization under the University of the Philippines Manila which aims to inspire hope in children diagnosed with cancer and other chronic illnesses through interaction and play. Twenty-four individuals who wanted to empower pediatric patients in a hospital setting laid the cornerstone for THP’s development. What started as a small group's advocacy grew into an organization now comprising hundred-strong dedicated volunteers every year, acquitted with team building, hospital visits, and project involvements. Through play therapy, THPeeps intend to alleviate the conditions experienced by the kids through their brand, #InspireHope, since 2014.

Mission
Its primary mission is to ease the situation of pediatric patients with acute and chronic illnesses by providing psychosocial support in the form of structured activities and charitable aid. Likewise, its mission is to equip its volunteers with the knowledge needed to achieve the goal of the organization and to mold them into compassionate and dedicated people of action.
The Hope Project UPM aims to promote and ensure the normal development of a child confined in the hospital setting. It aims to turn commiseration into action by forming its members holistically through member formation, project involvement, and hospital volunteerism.
