PGH Cancer Institute

The PGH Cancer Institute serves as the referral center for indigent cancer-stricken patients from the different parts of the country. It caters to about 100-200 patients for outpatient treatment and 20 patients for inpatient chemotherapy and other treatments. For years, THP has been providing psychosocial support to the kids that were confined in CI through different activities such as daily hospital visits and programs such the HOPEVENTURES: Kid’s Kingdom where the kids and members play and interact to have fun and make memories. The organization also provides support by organizing blood donation drives for the benefit of the kids in the institution.
