A Day in the Life of a Volunteer

As part of UP Manila’s Alternative Learning Classroom Experience setup, THP invited Ms. Carol Tongco of Kythe Foundation to talk to THPeeps and members of the UPM community about the experiences of a volunteer. With our guest speaker’s stories and advice on being an advocate for pediatric cancer awareness, creative activities to bring and conduct during hospital visits, and inspiring words about volunteerism, participants were sure to have learned a lot about living the life of a volunteer.
